- Build and create new business growth across major retail chains, LKA, HoReCa channels through maintaining and gaining new customers
- New products categories launch at existing and new costumers
- Develop sales team and setting sales processes and structure
- Develop and implement sales strategy and tactics to achieve market penetration
- Define route to market and monitoring its efficiency
- Responsible for sales and payments, ensuring liquidity and profitability targets are met
- Analyze, report and provide feedback to management regarding sales outcome, profitability and relevant market and brand situation
- Work directly with Key Accounts to enlist products, agree on commercial and trade marketing conditions
Requirements:
- Proven successful work and experience in similar sales management positions within FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant market players with direct contacts within the industry
- Strong English language skills
- Strategic thinker with systematic approach and people management skills
- Ambitious and sales driven professional with strong achievement drive and business acumen
