- Improve global HR competences by managing the execution of the HR strategy and processes, such as transformation and business´s culture, employer branding, digitalization, leadership, talent management...
- Strengthen the global organization to ensure cooperation, efficiency (lessons learned-mindset) by forming multi-cultural teams or, for example, via employee exchange programs.
- Support the company in its growth by opening additional international entities to maximize productivity and outcomes/profit.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a strong leader with international experience in all processes and systems relating to employee relations, resourcing, talent management, comp & ben, budgets, training & culture, organizational development/design, compliance and labor law.
- You are a charismatic, communicative, interculturally experienced personality with strong social skills and assertiveness.
